I have been waiting for John and his team to complete our project. If you they didn't have the time they should of just been forthcoming.

Many choices to choose from re: electricians in the area the only reason I contact Dr. Sparky is because of a referral. We will not have them back out to our home.

Showed up same day after hours. Was very quick at locating the issue and even quicker to fix it. Was very professional and very kind. Thank you for putting our minds at ease about our electrical concerns.

I called sparky electrical and he came the same day as we had no eat on one of the coldest days. He was extremely efficient, very professional and super polite. I would recommend him 100% thanks again for such a great job!!!

Great service and very reasonable prices. I had an emergency where a wire was chewed through and leaking water was causing it to flick my breaker and I noticed sparks when I turned it back on. Not only did he come quickly to fix it, he also gave me advice via text message on what to do while I waited. That i only need to turn off impacted breaker and I could leave the rest on. As a first time home owner I appreciated his open communication cause I would have likely sat and waited in the dark if he didnt tell me what to do.

I had such a bad experience with JOHN. he is a cheat ,thug ,incompetent ,immature electrician .I CALLED BY PICKING HIS NO. FROM GOOGLE 1 EVENING & HE SAID HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT ISSUES ARE COMING WITH ELECTRIC CORDED LAWN MOWERS IN A NEWLY DEVELOPED COMMUNITY NEAR BRANT SPORTS COMPLEX & HE HAS HELPED HOMEOWNERS IN MY NEIGHBOURHOOD . HE CAME NEXT DAY , AFTER DOING FEW TESTS , HE SAID HE HAS TO DO FURTHER RESEARCH WHY LAWN DOESNOT WORK FROM THE PORCH & DECK SOCKETS . BUT THEN HE SIAD , LET ME DO ONE MORE THING .LAWN MOWER WORKED BY THIS HACK SO HE TOLD ME THAT HE CAN PUT A SPECIAL RESET SWITCH WITH 2 SUB -TERMINALS NEXT TO MAIN ELECTRICAL PANEL THEN GROUNDFALL & ARCFALL WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF WHICH MAKES CIRCUITS TRIP OR NOT GIVING ENOUGH POWER TO 13A GREENWORKS LAWN MOWER .HIS HACK WAS WITH THE RESET SWITCH WITH 1 TERMINAL .I ASKED HIM , ARE YOU SURE ,IT 'LD WORK WAY HE EXPLAINED & HE ANSWERED VERY CONFIDENTLY,I DONT SEE ,WHY IT WONT !
HE CONFIDENTLY TOLD ME THAT IT 'LD BE $129 =TAX FOR MY 1 HOUR DIAGNOSIS & $ 250 +TAX FOR THE INSTALLATION WHICH 'LL BE QUICK & HE WILL TRY TO COME AGAIN IN THE EVENING WITH THE RESET SWITCH WITH 2 SUB TERMINALS WHICH IS LYING IN HIS OTHER TRUCK .
HE DID COME IN EVENING , I EXPRESSED MY HESITATION ABOUT PRICING AS WELL I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT WHAT HE SAYS SHOULD WORK .HE SAID , GIVE ME CASH $350 FOR EVERYTHING . I SAID I DONT HAVE ENOUGH CASH AT HOME . SO DEAL WAS MADE VERBALLY ,$175 CASH & $ 175 BY INTERAC -E -TRANSFER.
HE STARTED WORKING IN THE BASEMENT ON THE ELECTRICAL PANEL & FIXED A RESET SWITCH NEXT TO IT IN 1/2 HOUR , HE WAS EXTREMELY TIRED & WAS FORCING HIMSELF TO WORK FOR EXTRA CASH MONEY .
I WAS STANDING WATCHING HIM. HE HAD NO INTEREST ,NO PASSION , NO DRIVE . HE COULD NOT EVEN SPEAK PROPERLY BECOZ OF HIS TIREDNES
AFTER FINISHING HE QUICKLY PACKED HIS TOOLS , WE TESTED TO RUN LAWN MOWER FROM THE PORCH SOCKET IT WORKED . THEN WE TRIED TO RUN FROM BACK DECK EXTERNAL WEATHER GUARDED SOCKET, IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL . WHILE HE WAS LEAVING , I TOLD HIM THE BAD NEWS , HE SAID RESET IT FROM THE SWITCH HE JUST PUT . STILL IT DIDNOT WORK . HE COMMENTED , I LL SEE NEXT WEEK ,MAY BE SOME ISSUE WITH WIRING . HE WAS SO TIRED & LIFELESS BY THIS TIME & I LET HIM GO . I SENT HIM INTERAC E-TRANSFER OF $175 & GAVE HIM $175 CASH ON THE SPOT .
NEXT WEEK , HE WAS DECLINING MY CALLS BUT WAS SEEING MY MSGS ON WHATS APP . I, SIMPLY ,WAS ASKING HIM TO COME & COMPLETE THE JOB FOR WHICH HE WAS GIVEN THE FULL MONEY HE HAD ASKED FOR IN ADVANCE ,ON THE GOODWILL .
HE FINALLY PICKED UP CALL TODAY AFTER A WEEK , TOLD ME HE DOESNOT KNOW WHAT TO DO MORE , HE HAS DONE WHATEVER HE COULD . HE SPENT 2 HRS . ASK YOUR BUILDER ? THE MONEY HE TOOK WAS RIGHT . I SAID , BUT PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED FOR WHICH I HAD GIVEN YOU THE JOB AS I WOULD STILL BE TAKING POWER SUPPLY FROM THE KITCHEN TO CUT THE GRASS AT BACK & SIDE AS BACK DECK SOCKET DOESNOT WORK FOR MY LAWN MOWER .
I SAID, YOUR DIGNOSIS WAS WRONG ON THE 1ST PLACE .
HE WAS ARGUING TO JUSTIFY HIMSELF , REFUSE TO COME AGAIN . HE DOES NOT KNOW MUCH . HE CHARGES FOR HIS TIME EVEN THOUGH PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED . HE SHOULD NOT START ANY JOB WHICH COMES HIS WAY ,HE CANNOT COMPREHEND THE COMPLEXITY OF THE JOB . HIS KNOWLEDGE IS LIMITED . HE GO BLINDLY , IF IT WORKS ,ITS FINE , OTHERWISE TAKE THE MONEY , GET OUT . MY MISTAKE WAS THERE TOO , I SHOULD NOT HAVE TRUSTED HIM .
HE HAS HIT & TRY METHOD APPROACH . HE DOESNOT TAKE ANY GUARANTEE .I WONT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY . DONT TAKE HIS WORDS , HE HAS THE AUDACITY TO ARGUE WHEN HE CANNOT DO THE JOB . TOTAL TIME PASS ELECTRICIAN . DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON HIM .
I SHOULD HAVE WAITED FOR THE BUILDERS ELECTRICIAN
TO INSTALL A SIMPLE 20 A SEPARATE SWITCH FOR OUTSIDE LIGHTS ( PORCH & DECK SOCKETS) @ $200 ON A PRIVATE BASIS , TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM . BUT , I CALLED JOHN AS BUILDERS ELECTRICIAN DID NOT PICKED UP MY PHONE CALLS & I CALLED JOHN & WASTED MY $350 & PROBLEM STILL LINGERS . WHAT A FIASCO ! SHAME ON JOHN & SHAME ON ME FOR TRUSTING HIM .
