I recently had this company upgrade my electrical service. The crew who came to my house were professional, courteous, and thorough. Eric was the head technician for our project. He was awesome, and his crew were polite. They worked as a team, and completed the job efficiently. They insisted on cleaning every area they disturbed upon completion. I said I would take care of cleaning, and they insisted they did the cleanup. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for work to be done. We did receive other estimate. I believe you get what you pay for. Although a little higher than some of our other estimates. The total job from estimates to completion, and the communication was top notch. Empire Electric is an amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would! When I had a tree fall on my power line they were able to come out within the hour to assess everything! Not only that but they were also able to help with all questions I had and assisted with getting all the information I needed! Definitely use them for all your electrical needs!

From start to finish, they did an excellent job.Brad and Patrick were the technicians who handled the work, and they were very professional, clean, and respectful of our home. They explained everything clearly, addressed the issue safely, and made sure everything was up to code.
