Brant Electric answered my call right away. They were polite and extremely helpful, and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. When the technician, Matt, arrived he was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly assess and solve the problem, as well. as suggest options as to how to proceed going forward. I would definitely use their services again in the future.As a follow up, the problem perisited, so I requested a quote on a breaker and a new panel, and I am still waiting for that quote over a week later. Since the situation was urgent, I had to call another company, MCS Electrical Solutions, who came out, actually did some tests, figured out the problem, and replaced my breaker all in the same visit.
Matt arrived promptly and reviewed the issues we were concerned about. He gave excellent advice and we decided to proceed with two items. The work was done cleanly, efficiently and well within the proposed budget. My wife and I are delighted with Brant Electric's high standards. Their Graham's Lane location is close to us (we like supporting local.) Going forward, Brant Electric will be our preferred resource for when we require the services of a professional electrician.
