Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise fast or punctual service; one also praised the communication and said a Generac service report arrived within an hour of the technician’s visit, while another was pleased with a 22 kW generator installation. Customers also describe setbacks: one said an LP setup recommendation and new fuel lines did not get a generator running, that a new starter and proper adjustments were needed, and they would not call again; another described confusing communication that wasted time and later received a callback saying the staff member involved was no longer with the company.
Customer Reviews
C Miller
Received a call back a few days ago and was notified that the staff member, Who created the confusion, is no longer working for the company.
When I called one staff member always seemed confused, like she didn’t want to work at the company, she lacked confidence in her ability to communicate. This led to miscommunication, confusion, aggravation and wasting my time and the technicians time. Wish we went a different direction.

Super fast service with excellent communication. I received my full service report on my Generac generator within an hour of the technicians visit! I would highly recommend Reliant Electric Works for all of your Generac needs.
David Demers
Reliant Electric Works is top notch. Art Bennett is a pro and his team is as well. We purchased and had them install a 22kw generator and we are glad we went with them. On time, thorough, straight shooters. Thanks to Kelley, Nate and Dave as well. Tough to find a service oriented company like this that does quality work.

Actually Zero stars for work on Generac generator. Followed recommendation for a different LP setup, after visit from technician where generator would not start. New fuel lines and still would not start. Needed a new starter and proper adjustments. Sorry...will not call them again.
Tom Cardosi
This company provides excellent service and a great product. They installed a Generac propane powered standby generator and it runs my entire house. It turns on automatically when the main power goes out. Fantastic job! I highly recommend Reliant Electric. -Tom, Colchester, VT
