Nick and B Connected have been my first call for the last 8 years on Quadra and in Campbell River. They have helped figure out creative solutions to various complicated situations since our residential electricity needs have increased. Competent, friendly, and responsive staff. I have dealt with Nick and B Connected Electrical for several years when they installed my heat pump. Really good at what they do and fast. The electricity went out in our home. We checked the electrical box, my husband flipped the main switch to off but could not get it to go back to on. We tried everything but it wouldn't budge. I was starting to panic because it was very hot out side, so no AC. I was sure we would not be able to get an electrician at all. I called Nick and he answered right away. Told him the problem, he told me I have to be aggressive with the switch and to use a 2x4 to push it.
My husband did just that ' it worked' power on.
He didn't even laugh at me. I sure appreciated the consult. Great company to deal with.
