Terrible customer service. Was cancelled on several times without being informed or an explanation. Booked a week in advance. Reached out to confirm the appointment, was told we were the first appointment. Came in early to ensure they could get in early as I was told between 8-9, then was told 8-12. Still didn’t show. Reached out, was told another job was going to be done at 3, then we were right after that. Still didn’t show. Was told if they didn’t get to us today, they’ll be here tomorrow. Still nothing. Then they couldn’t even find the work order today. On the upside, I was given a flippant apology with no solution (haha). Very disappointed, I won’t dial this number again
Completely unprofessional business. Will overcharge for whatever service you want and final product is never satisfactory. I recommend you never use this company.
Great company. I really appreciated how fast they were to come out to fix the problems I had. We just bought a house and had several little things going on that needed to be fixed, and a couple big ones. The tech was very knowledgeable and fixed the problems quickly and efficiently. The pricing was very competitive. Customer support when I called were friendly and quick to get me scheduled. I will definitely be using Young's for any electrical needs in the future. Thank you.
Young’s Electric provided outstanding service for my daughter’s home twice now. From the initial call, AJ was professional and friendly and was able to schedule someone the same day. The second visit, I even called at noon on a Friday and Tyler, one of the owners, answered the call and he sent a tech out, who was professional, courteous, and efficient. I called to pay and Stephanie took my payment and was very friendly. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service all around!
