Reviews consistently mention punctual arrivals, clear quotes, and technicians who explain options before starting. Many note clean, well-organized installations with minimal drywall impact and thorough cleanup. Repeat customers highlight reliable scheduling and neat results across lighting, circuits, surge protection, and data cabling.

Had a light switch installed for a ceiling light fixture as well as a separate electrical outlet installed under the kitchen sink for a RO system. Both jobs were done well and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Alex and his team did great work. They were on time, professional, and did a very clean install of 6 new lines in my basement, including two 220V lines. Most included conduit and the bends were perfect and looked like they were out of an electrical textbook. They also installed two whole house surge protectors (I have two main panels). They used higher-end Siemens surge protectors, not some cheap junk like I’ve seen in other houses. They also fixed some issues I inherited when I bought the house, and took time to help educate me. Overall I’m very pleased and highly recommend.

It's hard to overstate how great Alex and IPMC are to work with. Since I bought my house, I've had IPMC change pretty much every light fixture. I've also had Alex tackle special projects, like installing a crystal chandelier in a 20-ft entryway, installing can lights in rooms which did not have overhead lighting (including a 17-ft family room), installing VOLT outdoor landscape lights, and adding a pendant light and new sconces to my front porch. The estimates are always complementary and accurate. The guys who work for Alex are so kind a courteous. They always clean up well and conscious of the house (close doors all the way, wear shoe covers, etc.).
Alex is so knowledgeable, that I trust everything he says 100%. I've had another electrician come by occasionally, because I have a home wiring plan through Duke Energy. But the electricians contracted by Duke were unable to fix outlets for me that stopped working (including outside outlets on my pergola), and told me the wrong things that needed to be done. Alex then come after them and fixed everything perfectly. You won't ever regret calling Alex. I've added photos of just some of the lights he's installed for me.

Very reasonably priced. The team ran 9 cat6 lines in 1 day on finished walls/ceilings. They found ways to run all 9 only cutting 1 hole. They’re magicians. Highly recommended. I’m very satisfied.

Alex and crew were awesome to work with. Alex came out and within 2 hours I had a quote for the work. I scheduled for a 9:00AM start and his crew showed up early and ready to go. They walked me thru what they were going to do, asked for my opinion on how I wanted the TV mounted and completed the work as planned. They also did a very nice job of cleaning up after the work had been completed. Will definitely be using again in the future.
