This was the team who installed our new gas lines for Southwest Gas last year. They damaged my block wall and gate in the process. When Southwest Gas sent them out here to inspect the damage they were rude and basically called me a liar. They came back after their investigation and said even though they didn’t believe it was their team who did the damage they agreed to repair my wall and gate. The contractor said he would be back in two weeks but never showed. After waiting months and trying again to get somebody over the phone I was informed by Southwest Gas that Team Fishel does not accept responsibility and will not repair the damage. Nobody from Team Fishel called me to inform me of this change or cared to help me out with getting this issue resolved. I think Southwest Gas should find new contractors because this company is very unprofessional! You don’t tell somebody something and go back on your word especially when you’re a business! I now have to go through this whole process again with the gas company and file another claim thanks to your unreliable company. I learned long ago to stay away from contractors and this is one of those reasons why!

Dont answer their phone employees blocked my drive

This company came out to my home to lay a new communications line in the ground. We were never notified from our internet provider or Team Fishel that they would be showing up to our property, they just showed up. Had we known, we would have made arrangements to prepare for them... Instead, we were completely caught off guard. Currently I am working from home due to COVID-19, so due to my work responsibilities I was not able to be outside with them the entire time during their surprise visit. The internet tech that had originally come out to inspect our line assured me that his work order would have instructions that our new internet line would be laid along our fence line since we have electrical, water, and leech lines for our septic system running through our backyard, plus we have plans to build another structure back there soon. The work order ended up not having any of that information on it. Team Fishel started their digging along my fence, and then decided to dig across my yard at a 45 degree angle in order to reach the back telephone pole instead of keeping it neatly along the fence line. Everything was done so sloppy. My husband spoke to the foreman of the job and the foreman told him this was "easier for them" and they would not re-do it." I called and spoke to their supervisor (Veronica) who informed me that "there is no law or directions as to how or where they lay the line as long as its buried." As the owners of this property, that is not where we wanted it. It wasn't even discussed with us. Veronica then informed us that they would be happy to fix their mistake if we purchase and provide conduit for them to re-run. Absolutely not. To top it off, my personal cell phone number was given to one of the workers who was outside trenching the line in my yard from someone on the office staff. When he called me, he started off with "Hi this is ____ I was just working in your yard and I hear you are complaining about something?" I am not okay with my personal information being given to the workers just because office staff didn’t want to deal with me. After I told him all of the above mentioned things, he informed me that regardless if we are the home owners or not, he doesn't need to speak with us about anything, they just dig however and wherever is easiest for them. So there you have it.
We will also be speaking with our internet provider about these issues to find a solution about fixing this matter. Bottom line, I do not recommend this company. Their manner is very unprofessional and rude. This is not how you do business, and I do not appreciate how I was treated. They kept telling me that they have been doing this for so many + years, and to that, all I can say is that their work and customer service is not quality.
