Rey and Will were great - did everything we asked and did it fast and for a great price. Replaced all of our breakers, installed several new outlets, and three large LED lights for the garage. Lost power during recent storm due to faulty installation of disconnect box on new home. John was on site after dark in sub-freezing weather, snow and ice. He was able to diagnose the problem fast and implement a temporary repair to restore lights to our house. While inspecting our system they also found two breakers for the pool were burning in the box because the wrong breakers were installed.Within a couple days they were back on site for permanent repairs.Absolutely the best service I have had from a contractor in Midlothian in 25 years.
The people at TruServe Electric provided us with several options for landscape lighting and cost estimates. The work was started and completed within 2 days. I’m very happy with the service I received. They installed a generator plug directly to my electrical panel so I can power my home during an emergency. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, which I really appreciated. They were able to schedule the job quickly and arrived right on time. They even worked through some bad weather to complete the installation.The installation itself was fast, clean, and professionally done. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done efficiently and at a fair price.
Jon is great. He's able to schedule a same day appointment for me during the holiday season when another advertised company cancelled my appointment. He's been professional and quickly get things done. He didn't try to up sell nor over charge me. He didn't just explain the repair, but also clarify the responsible parts between landlord and tenant, and makes recommendations for maintenance. I'll definitely call him if there's electric service need again.
