Sean the Electrician was supremely professional and competent, quickly assessing our electrical problem and then providing a solid and relatively prompt solution. I was concerned that the repair would involve running new lines and added expenses but that was not the case. I also appreciated Sean’s explanations and patience as he allowed me to shadow his work and ask questions. Most importantly, my wife and I are able to sleep peacefully now, with this nagging circuit problem finally and safely resolved.

Replaced a ton of light switches with modern, but fussy, ones and upgraded our two Nest thermostats. Always great communication and wonderful service. There was a minor issue with one of the light switches, and they came back to fix it at no charge. Would definitely recommend.

Sapphire's experienced electrician was great! Very knowledgeable and gave clear explanations of what he was checking and seeing. His diagnosis was correct; we had a problem at the pole which is ComEd's responsibility. He was able to get a truck from Comed within about 12 hours to fix the connection. Sean was very polite and cordial. I highly recommend Sapphire.

I am happy I did, not only the best electrician I've hired, but one of the best professional services I've hired! Extremely professional and courteous. Most importantly they were on time and worked quickly. The electrician took the time to explain and show any fixes or issues they discovered. I own other properties in Chicago and I will be using them for all my electrical work.
