Recent reviews frequently note fast scheduling and same-day help in some cases, with technicians described as friendly, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Several customers highlight clear explanations and quick resolution of GFCI and breaker issues. There are also critical reviews citing disagreements about workmanship and follow-up responsiveness. Overall feedback trends positive but mixed, with praise for punctual service alongside concerns from a minority of reviewers about after-service communication.

Journeyman Robert came by the same day I called. Solved my problem within an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend your company for your service and fair price. Thank you!

Same thing happened to be as the post below. Beware of this company. They do shotty work and then just never respond when you want to hold them responsible. Learn from others mistakes and don’t hire these people.

Edit: After Albert commented below and asked for us to reach out he still is not responding. What a great business man. If you ask any other company about Chilliwack Electric they will tell you what horrible work they do. Even their employees don’t stick around because Albert is such a horrible guy.

These guys do not stand behind their work. They put in a breaker for us that wasn't the correct manufacture. When confronted about it the owner, Albert couldn't have cared less and kept giving us the run around for months! When he finally came in and replaced it you could tell he brought something that was old and had previously been used. Now 3 months later we come home and the breaker was smoldering, filling our garage with smoke. If we hadn't have come home at that time we would have lost our house in a fire. We contacted Albert immediately and of course he won't respond. This company is not honest or trustworthy, and I strongly suggest using another company!

Trying to find an electric ic company in chilliwack that had installed my BC Hydro air conditioners last summer. I needed to speak with them since I didn’t get an instruction manual. This man went out of his way to help me get in touch with a different electric company in his city. I am vision impaired. And he made sure I had the number to call before we ended our call. If I lived in Chilliwack I’d be constantly promoting both this company and the one he helped me to locate. The world has become so afraid of losing business to competition these days they’ve forgotten how to just trust that how you run business is how you will be perceived in that business. This company has not forgotten that approach. Thank you for helping me. If I lived there I’d not hesitate to call you for electrical support. It truly is wonderful to see the good values of how you move around in this world have not been lost on most people.

Called and spoke with Mark and told him our issue; an inaccessible GFCI in the crawl space that must have tripped for our shed and heat tape. I told him no panic as it can be repaired before the end of July, that would be awesome. He explained they were busy this week and possibly next. Surprisingly, I got a phone call the next day as one of their guys had some spare time.

Rob came out and solved the issue promptly and for a very fair price. We now have an accessible GFCI as per code and easy to reset should a problem occur.
