Angel was the technician Dunedin Electric sent out per Duke Energy to do testing on some of our electrical outlets. He was so meticulous and explained everything to me that I could understand. I had a restful, peaceful sleep knowing that my concerns had been addressed. He even explained how to use an outlet tester. What a great experience with these guys! Needed an open neutral fixed on an outlet for a closing. Luke and Tyler came out and overcame a couple obstacles to get this repair done. Super happy with their professionalism and quality of work. Definitely a recommend and will use them in the future.
