We had an issue with the smoke alarms in our home early on a Sunday morning and had to take two of the nine down. My wife called Clovis Electric, and the owner came out on Sunday afternoon and looked at the issue and took down one alarm that is 14 feet up. Our existing alarms had reached the end of the 10-year life of the batteries and are hard wired into the system. The owner ordered replacements and installed nine new alarms. He provided excellent service and is very knowledgeable. The work was also very completive in price and was less than I expected for nine new alarms and installation.
Answered my call on a Sunday, came out swiftly, fixed my electrical problems for a reasonable price, and was a delight to talk to - you don't find service this good much anymore!

This company did an amazing job rebuilding our electrical panel for us. He was quick and the best price I could find. No extra charge for the weekend or night call. Awesome.
My wife and I attempted to contact this company because they advertised as 24 hours. The first night we called him he said he had no openings the next morning; I work swing shifts so it has to be in the morning. I said I'd call back again to schedule another appointment the following day. I called the company again and the same man answered the phone. He sounded as though he was sleeping and when I told him I was the person that called yesterday and I wanted to schedule an appointment he said, "No I don't think think ya know what ya want." He gave me grief about calling him late even though he advertises as a 24 hour business. Then when I tried to explain I work swing shifts he cut me off and said, "find someone else to do it." Then promptly hung up on me.The lack of professional integrity displayed here is why I am posting this review, and why I will recommend against this company at every opportunity given.
