Always a pleasure to work with them. Have helped me on small jobs quickly with excellent communication about how we would proceed. I know they are very much in demand so it's a nice surprise when they say they're able to help and willing to fit you in.

Over the years, this outfit has been called out to the house THREE times and always caused more problems than solutions, even the other subs complained of their callus disregard for their work, even unto ruin = do-overs.
Those that employ them only get discounts if they don't stray, hire others, so must remain loyal to whatever BR cares to offer in services to their clients.
Further, at least two dear friends of angelic stature worked for them, only to be stolen from and careers/opportunities stone walled or fired for trying to get ahead elsewhere.
Shameful ..... the positive reviews must be from close friends or co-profit share holders, me thinks.

The most incompetent Repair service in College Station.

Left a mess in the bathroom (dirt and grim everywhere), the fan barely works post installation, they had to reschedule twice after “forgetting” about our appointment the first week and running late/ordering the wrong parts the second week.

Because of their incompetence, I had to unnecessarily miss work and wake up early for no one to show up, call, or give any notice of cancelation until after they were already supposed to arrive.

Then when they finally did arrive (20 minutes late), I had to go to work, so they offered unprompted, and committed to letting my dog out of my room so he wouldn’t be up all day.

Guess what they forgot?

Poor guy wasn't only not let out but they stole his bag of treats I left outside the room for them to give to him if they want, and lost his leash. Like honestly?

Incompetence at its finest

Had a fried main breaker, the problem then cascaded through the other big breakers, then into the smaller interior breakers. Ended up with no AC and no power in much of the house. Thank you to the wonderful, professional, competent electrician who came quickly, replaced the bad breakers; the amazing, polite lady who took the service call and the College Station Utilities man who replaced our, also damaged , meter.

Did great work on our house multiple times. Fair prices, nice people, and they know their stuff. Will use them again when needed.
