Justin delivered the promised Quality Service and at Lightning Speed, which is pretty amazing since I added four installs to his original scope of work! I called Gilmore because my interior doorbell chime had started buzzing, which was driving me crazy. I was so impressed with how quickly Justin diagnosed the problem and gave me the cost, I decided to ask about adding a dimmer to a chandelier, and installing timers for three exterior lights. He provided an estimate, with various options, and advised that he could complete everything at the same time. And, I am delighted! No more buzz; the toned down dining lighting is perfect and I no longer have to remember to turn on the outside lights. Justin was a consummate professional who provided what I know to be superior customer service. Elizabeth, who booked my appointment, really set the stage with her friendly, courteous demeanor. Extremely impressed with the speed and quality of service! Our home presented special challenges for their master electrician, but he made quick work of adding can lights and electrical outlets in our kids’ house.
