I called H Electronics to upgrade my doorbell transformer because I couldn’t get my new video doorbell to work properly (and I was in a rush for time because the window of opportunity to uninstall and return the entire doorbell and floodlight video system, if I couldn’t get the doorbell camera to work, was coming up quickly.)

The electrician, who is the owner of the business, was empathetic and came by my house as a last stop that evening after picking up the appropriate transformer at the store. He had researched the necessary upgrade, based on the specs for my brand of video doorbell.

He then stayed late, working with the app on my phone to troubleshoot and test solutions, even though he was only hired to upgrade the transformer. He was personable and helpful and went above and beyond. I would definitely hire him again.
