Made an expensive, new friend last week. Curt from Mr. Electric was thorough, efficient and, overall, good to deal with. His “safety check” of the electric system turned up a few unexpected items which I appreciate, even if getting those issues addressed had an eyebrow-raising price tag for a customer that has not dealt with electricians in many years. It’s just the cost of home ownership. Better safe than sorry.
Had an issue with power to my doorbell. Chris P came in, went over my options, and was able to complete the job same day. Very friendly service and satisfied with his work. Would recommend
Sameday response late on a Friday, curt did his best to get us goin, had 2 order part, as soon as part came in Monday, he dropped what he was doin pick up part and return to us to get us powered. Knowledgeable, congenial, hard working, and prompt. He wasa credit to his craft and a good representative for his company.Oh, and the office staff was super sweet to. I love getting the text from the office with updates an a picture of who to expect at pur door.The place does very well at keeping my business, couldn't be happier. I recommend everyone goes without power for a weekend in the winter, it makes you appreciate getting it back.
I needed help with several outlets and switches that were not working. I called Mr. Electric they arrived in a very short time. Chris was the electrician, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, considerate and efficient. Chris also offered different levels of repairs to help in saving money. Kathleen, in the office, was also very helpful in explaining my bill and working with me on available discounts. Everything was repaired and I am very satisfied with the work. I recommend Mr. Electric.
I was very pleased with our electricians service. Joey explained thoroughly what he and Curt would do. Both were friendly and informative. I plan on completing other work in the near future and will use Joey if possible. Curt is also very competent. He worked on the electric box but I didn’t take a picture. Our garage is free of unsightly and dangerous extension cords. Thanks so much. Debbie
