They forgot to add the sealant to keep water from coming into an outside outlet and then charged us an additional $300 to fix the outlet.Edit: Because Google does not allow replies, I'll explain that I have lived in my current home for nearly 10 years with no issues having water in the outlet at issue until they came to work on a separate outlet. After Scott Electric worked on both outlets, we had a large rain storm and the outlet tripped. The photos below show the condition of the outlet after their work and the missing seal or flange that would have normally prevented water from coming in.
Scott S. Our technician was very efficient in his services on the first service call. Very friendly. Responded in a timely manner. Repairs were done by Scott Sheets and Payton the following day and both gentlemen were very friendly and their service were exceptional. Would recommend them to anyone. Prices were very reasonable.
Taylor and his side kick (sorry I did not get his name) were amazing. They exhibited quick diagnostic skills and fixed the problem in a very timely fashion. Both were highly professional electricians with excellent communication skills. I would highly recommend them.
Scott Electric has been phenomenal. We’ve worked with them on two separate projects now, from replacing our electrical panel box to adding outlets for our range hood, and both times they have gone above and beyond expectations. Great business model and they honor their word even in a mixup. Genuinely great ownership and workers - we’ve loved working with our electrician! Not to mention they offer great pricing. All the work they’ve done has been efficient and expertly executed. We will definitely be calling Scott Electric for any future electrical needs and highly recommend them!
