Alam responded to my phone call very quickly even though it was a Friday afternoon. DO highlight this company as they are simply 'the best'. Wing arrived promptly at the appointed time to check out the bathroom fan which would take hours to quit after being switched off. Wing checked out the motor, determined it was an issue with the switch which he then replaced, and stayed long enough to be sure the switch was working as it should.

Had a fantastic experience with Alam and Miles from Bright West Electric. Bright West Electric came recommended to me from other members of my communities Facebook group, and I'm more than happy to have received the same experience that was hyped to me.

I reached out to 8 other MetroVan electrician companies, looking for estimates on getting an EV Charger Installed. Alam responded immediately and made me feel comfortable with the plan before even getting a response from anyone else. All it took was a few pictures, and a quick chat. Outstanding!

Alam was extremely patient with me while I worked with my Property Management Company and Strata to get approval for the job. Alam's assessment of the work required was spot on, and the estimate matched the final invoice. Parts were ordered, and I was kept well informed about timelines. When everything was approved and the parts arrived, the job was scheduled for the next day.

Alam and Miles showed up on time, were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They knew exactly what needed to be done and required no supervision throughout the job. Upon completion of the work, I was given a thorough explanation of how everything worked and what to expect.

The work was fast, clean, to standard - and dad approved (as much as a facetime call will allow me to showcase anyway). The drywall and hardware mess was cleaned up and the job site left as immaculate as before they started.
