Excellent service, which is hard to find nowadays. The company’s prices are higher than some competitors, but it’s well worth it. John was detail oriented during the quote, and took the time to talk through exactly what would be done before I chose Excel to perform the work. Additionally, the work reflected exactly what was told to me during the quote. No shortcuts and John and Tyler ensured everything was done right. I highly recommend this company.
When our sub main breaker kept popping out of nowhere we called Excel Electrical Group because they are local and had great reviews. Best decision ever because Karen and her team were quick to get us on the calendar asap. Brusner came out to assess the situation and after troubleshooting a few things he had us up and running again in record time. He was professional and took the time to explain the situation to me in simple terms so I could then relay that information to my husband. In a world where people are quick to overcharge or take advantage, the team at Excel Electrical raises the bar and executes the project with professionalism, kindness, and expertise. I had to take the time to write an incredible review for Excel electrical group! We had an emergency with my father as he is elderly and Karen in the offic, told me she would do everything she could to help! I received a phone call a couple of hours later that they would send Brusner to look at the electrical issues, my father was encountering. Brusner identified the issue and the job was completed in one hour. My elderly father called Karen at Excel to let them know how exceptional Brusner is. He said he can go on & on with the accolades. If anyone has any electrical issues? I 100% recommend Excel. I have been using them for 18 years and they do everything they can to assist as soon as possible. We cannot thank them enough!!!
Excellent Experience with Excel Electric!We recently needed to upgrade our electric panel from 125 amps to 200 amps so we could charge our Tesla. We got several estimates, but we had a really good feeling about John, the project manager from Excel Electric — and we were right!The whole process went smoothly, and the crew did an excellent job. The installation looks clean and professional. We did have a small issue afterward, but John came out right away and fixed it with no questions asked. That level of customer service is rare these days.Highly recommend Excel Electric and a big shoutout to John for his professionalism and dedication!
