I had a great experience with Jayson East from M&W Electric. We were having voltage fluctuations in our house, so I called M&W and they sent Jayson to do a health check on our electrical panel. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, and clearly explained what was going on and what needed to be done.Jayson was honest, efficient, friendly, and very trustworthy. M&W Electric has done several large projects for us, the most recent one being installing a generator that runs the entire house during power failures. Their work is exceptional and everyone we have worked with has been professional, efficient and very friendly. We recommend M&W for all your electrical projects. And if you have been thinking about a generator we would encourage you to talk to them. We love our Generac and feel it was a good investment.
Mark and the team at M&W Electric did a fantastic job on our recent panel upgrade. They not only provided a competitive bid (especially compared to the solar company we were working with), but they also got the work scheduled quickly and completed everything on time, even when unexpected issues came up.This was not the first project I have hired M&W for, and it definitely will not be the last. We purchased a hot tub and needed an electrician to install the wiring for it. We scheduled a time for Mark from M and W Electric to give us an estimate. He arrived on time and was able to quickly come up with a plan for what we could do to hook up our hot tub. Mark was able to provide us with an estimate in a very timely fashion and later contacted me to make sure I had gotten it. Even though M and W Electric didn’t give us the lowest estimate for this service, we felt confident that they came up with the best plan and would do the best job. Jayson arrived to our house on time and ready to get started. He made sure we were on the same page about what we wanted done and how he was planning to do it. Jayson was extremely professional while he worked quickly to hook up our hot tub. He didn’t complain once about having to install the wiring in our attic space which is a nightmare to crawl through. Jayson did a great job hooking up our hot tub. When an issue came up with the install, he came back as soon as possible to quickly address it. Not only did Jayson do a nice job hooking up our hot tub, he went above and beyond when he informed me of two issues he found while in the attic space of our house and advised me on how we could address them. Also, when we had someone come out to address one of the issues, they were unable to find it. When Jayson came back to address the issue with the hot tub install he went back into the nightmare that is our attic space to take pictures of the issue up there. Again he went above and beyond, past the scope of his job, to help us. His customer service was refreshing to say the least. I will highly recommend Jayson and M and W Electric to anyone needing electrical work done.
We just updated our primary bathroom and M & W performed the electrical work. Casey, the electrician, did excellent work installing the soffit can lights, wall shower fan with timer switch, undercabinet lighting, in floor heating thermostat and cabinet drawer outlet. Her work was efficient and completely the work to my specification and satisfaction. I will use Casey and M & W again with the next project.
