Born to Shine LLC

There’s absolutely no doubt that Born to Shine is a top-tier company serving the Connecticut area. I reached out to Duds, the owner, for electrical work at my new home, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Not only did he deliver flawless, high-quality work, but his knowledge and professionalism truly stood out. He took the time to recommend the best lighting ideas for each room, completely elevating the look and feel of the house. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and genuinely passionate about what they do, Born to Shine is the company to call. Highly recommended!

Super nice business. Dudes came to my house a couple of times before but today was short noticed as I had an urgent need. He came in and worked on the system fixed also something previously poorly installed by someone else. He is a pleasure to be around very professional and super neat. When he left everything was organized and the parts he changed neatly placed on a small pile. I’ll always be grateful for his willingness to add me to his schedule on the same day I called!

I highly recommend! We recently bought a home that has brought nothing but headaches and disappointments, an electrical fire being the most recent setback. While no one was hurt, Duds understood that this had caused great stress and was able to make it out at the end of his day. Not only did he asses and replace the wiring and outlet, he also took the time to explain our circuit breaker situation and offered advice to ensure our future safety. No upsell, just kindness. In this day and age of no return calls, poor customer service, and people falling short, Born to Shine stands apart as a company with an owner who actually cares -- so if that matters to you, give them a call!

We met Duds through our contractor on a bathroom renovation and couldn’t be more pleased. The work was very well done, the communication was excellent, he always showed up on time and was extremely professional. We have other work we plan to do on our house and will be very happy to use Born To Shine again! Highly recommend this company! Don’t hesitate to call them - you’re in great hands!
