My mother hired Electric Doctor for a whole-home generator installation that ultimately never began. No measuring was done, and no installation work was performed.After a family death, the project was cancelled within the timeframe outlined in the contract for a refund. She was initially told the deposit check had not been cashed and would not be - only to find out days later that it had cleared.Over the following weeks, she was repeatedly told someone would call her back, which did not happen. When she finally met with the own in person, she was made to wait an over an hour and then only offered a partial refund, contingent on her signing an agreement stating she had received a "full refund".She was more than willing to pay for the ONLY thing they actually did: pull the permit, but she is NOT willing to pay for work that was never done and was cancelled according to their own policies.This is a deeply disappointing experience, and I would strongly encourage others to ask very specific questions about cancellation and refunds before committing.
Very Professional and courteous. Answered all my questions on a home generator. We had two great technicians, Kurt and Grant. They did an excellent job and clean up when they were done putting in our Generac Home Standby Generator. Highly recommend!
