If I could give 100 starts I would! My elderly uncle was out of heat and it was very cold out, it was after hrs and a weekend day, I am so very thankful for this company, not only was this the 4th company to try and help us, the electrician did not leave until heat was restored and electric was safe. Thank you shaw electric!

Our original light source was fluorescent lighting in our church and upon considering this change over to LED fixtures we were uncertain as to the perceived benefits from making this improvement. Now that the job is complete, we are happy to report that this was a wonderful improvement to our church. The install by Aaron and Austin was done professionally and timely and they didn't leave any refuse behind. Josh Traverse the project manager was persevering with us as we had many questions and concerns as we determined whether to do this or not. A big thank you to these men that brought this project to its satisfactory completion. This five-star rating was well earned by Shaw Electric and well worth the expense.

I contracted with Shaw Electric to remove and install the old service mast because wires were pulling it so hard forcing a hole in my roof. They were very responsive and, as I learned, the new code is to remove the electric meter from the basement (located next to the electrical panel), and install it inside a metal box located outside of the home. This is to provide a way for firefighters to easily shut off the electric to the home in case of a fire. Shaw did all of this and installed a larger and more secure service mast. The estimate did not include re-patching the roof, but they contacted Iossi Construction, who came out and repaired the roof afterwards for a very reasonable fee. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and, although jobs like this are expensive, Shaw was extremely reasonable in their final fee! They are very responsible and dependable, and I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Shaw Electric for any type of electrical issues anyone is having in their home!

Shaw Electric (Josh & Mark) did an excellent job installing new LED lighting, outlets, switches, and performing general electric work at our Clinton, Iowa, office. We are converting a formerly unused space into the Visit Clinton Tourism Center. They were quick to respond to our requests, left the area clean of debris, and kept us informed regarding timelines. I highly recommend hiring Shaw Electric for your next project!

Shaw electric was excellent. I needed an entire electric service box replaced for my home. My master breaker failed. Could not get the part on time for me to leave out of town. Josh was very responsive due to me leaving town. Allan the service tech worked hard and efficient to get the job done right. He was excellent. Thank you Shaw Electric.
