Zack and Jeison were great. They had installed a Level 2 charger for my newly purchased EV. They were very professional and respectful of our home. Cleaned everything up. Changed their booties EACH TIME they entered our home. They were in and out in about 2 hours. They patiently answered all my questions. (And I had a LOT- first EV).

This was our third time using Reliable Electric to replace an electrical panel. They were outstanding, super thorough and a great group of guys! The estimator was very professional and took down all my concerns about the issues with the house and was quick to get us an estimate so we could start the work quickly. The electrician crew came out and spent a total of 4 days at the property and made sure that every night the power was back on to keep the house warm since its winter. Two of the days there was a full crew with Matt H., Zach C., Garrett A., and Ben A.! They all worked really hard and had to brave the weather because a relocation of the main supply wire to the house was required. On the other two days Matt H. and Zach C. did a great job fixing several outlets, even a few that were still knob and tube wired! They completed the rewiring of the new panel as well and thoroughly checked to make sure all the outlets were operable and wired correctly. They installed and wired several new outlets and replaced any old ones that were dangerous. They answered any and all of my questions and explained everything in an easy to understand way as well!
