Zack and Jeison were great. They had installed a Level 2 charger for my newly purchased EV. They were very professional and respectful of our home. Cleaned everything up. Changed their booties EACH TIME they entered our home.They were in and out in about 2 hours. They patiently answered all my questions. (And I had a LOT- first EV).
This was our third time using Reliable Electric to replace an electrical panel. They were outstanding, super thorough and a great group of guys! The estimator was very professional and took down all my concerns about the issues with the house and was quick to get us an estimate so we could start the work quickly. The electrician crew came out and spent a total of 4 days at the property and made sure that every night the power was back on to keep the house warm since its winter. Two of the days there was a full crew with Matt H., Zach C., Garrett A., and Ben A.! They all worked really hard and had to brave the weather because a relocation of the main supply wire to the house was required. On the other two days Matt H. and Zach C. did a great job fixing several outlets, even a few that were still knob and tube wired! They completed the rewiring of the new panel as well and thoroughly checked to make sure all the outlets were operable and wired correctly. They installed and wired several new outlets and replaced any old ones that were dangerous. They answered any and all of my questions and explained everything in an easy to understand way as well! Highly recommend Reliable Electric for your electrical needs!! They do amazing work and you can tell they are all proud to work for Reliable!
Paul did an amazing job. He was very informative and effective. I will 100% be using these guys again in the future. I specifically had them fix/replace four disk lights with bad fuses.
This isn’t the first time we’ve used reliable electric. They’ve been great in the past, and great this time as well. Also affordably priced. Zack was very laid back (not in a rush to fix things properly), was happy to explain answers to my questions when I slowed him down, and even fixed a couple extra quick projects while they were here installing recess lighting (which looks amazing by the way). His partner with him Jeison was also great and friendly. Without question, we would look to reliable electric first for future electrical needs.
We had a fantastic experience with Justin and Jared from Reliable Electric! They installed two outdoor outlets at our home in Kettering, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. The installation looks great and was done quickly with attention to detail. It’s always a relief to work with electricians who are both friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be calling Reliable Electric (and asking for Justin and Jared!) for any future electrical projects. Highly recommend
