I had a service for smoke detectors on Feb 5th at 3 pm. The technician was great and I paid the invoice in person. I was ready to leave a positive review. At 8 am the following day, an angry woman called and barked at me “I’m calling about invoice 10116!?” To my shock, I asked, are you calling about the service yesterday, that I paid? She offered an empty apology. Note to customers. They will call and harass for payment without even checking their records. I do not recommend this business for their breathtaking poor customer service.

Bc hydro took 6 months to get their part in order but through it all Shawn was very helpful and responsive. He kept me in the loop the entire way, and explained the process clearly. He was amazing to work with. When the day of the upgrade finally arrived him and his crew were on site early ready to go , very polite, communicated clearly , and cleaned up their work before they left. Super happy with their service and I would use them again.

Outstanding Work and Professional Team!

AJ's Electrical Contractors recently completed a service upgrade at my home, increasing capacity from 100A to 200A and consolidating two panels into a new 200A main panel. The job involved everything from coordinating with BC Hydro to fishing ground wire through the soffit and installing a ground plate—done with precision and care. I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial inquiry to the final installation, the entire team was responsive, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. My thanks to Shawn who took the time to understand my needs, offered helpful suggestions, and coordinating everything.

Dylan and Joey were absolutely fantastic. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They treated my home with respect, kept the worksite tidy, and made sure everything was done to code with proper permits and inspections.
