Several customers highlight good communication on panel work, generator inlet plugs, and shop power runs. Some feedback mentions pricing expectations and the need for clearer estimates, with a few reports of scope or workmanship concerns on rough-in work. Overall ratings skew strongly positive with praise for responsiveness and professionalism.
Would not recommend. Way over charged for rough in. Then wanted payment up front to do final. Had another electrician company come out. Never installed garage door outlets per plan. No home run to electrical box for south outlets and shop lights. Had to remove sheet rock ceiling to run new home to dishwasher. Had three spots where wires got pierced putting up sheething in shop due to wires not being attached to center of purlings. Way to many circuits ran to panel. Had to replace panel.
The guys at Fisher Q came out within the week to give me an estimate on adding an intake plug to my panel. They met with me to discuss where I planned to use the generator to advise the best place for the plug and how much line of run I would need. They then wrote up a formal estimate and got me scheduled the following week to install. 2 Techs came out, they were professionally, informative, and did the work fairly quick. They reviewed everything with me and offered to do a test but my generator was on backorder. I performed the test myself later and not surprised, all worked just fine. Highly recommend.
Jeff and FQ Electrical did a great job running a new power source and panel for my shop. I had a lot of concerns around what was needed and how it would look at the end but he did a great job walking me through both the options and the outcomes. Whether your job is bigger or small you can trust Jeff and his team to do a great job and communicate well through the process.
Prompt and friendly service but not very transparent with pricing. When making an appointment due to chandelier lights not turning on, I was told $99 for the tech to come out and it included first 15 minutes of service. Totally reasonable. However, when they arrived, they demanded approval for $200 for the first hour and diagnostic fee. We were confused but agreed to proceed. They were already here so what other options did we have? The problem was with the light switch and the technician switched it out to a new one in few minutes and all is well. The shock came at the end when they presented final bill of over $400 (which apparently is after they “waived” the diagnostic fee). I was recommended FQ Electrical by neighbors but wish we had shopped around. Everyone was very friendly but disappointing nonetheless.
I had Fisher Electric install an outside light fixture for me. I had it added to my other exterior lighting. The work was done with no issues. The electrician and helper were very courteous and professional. I would use them again for any other electrical work in the future.
