We had Jeffery from the Des Moines office come to swap out our receiver/speakers tv setup for a sound bar. He was professional, personable and efficient. He offered additional electrical related options without high pressure. In our opinion, it was a little pricey but well worth it. We would gladly recommend Jeffery.

Jeffrey and Jacob installed a new ring doorbell for me and helped me set up the app on my phone.
These guys were personable, knowledgeable and got the job done fast and took the time to test it and make sure it was perfect.
They were fun and actually I enjoyed their sense of humor mixed with their professionalism.
They even brought up my garbage can so I wouldn’t fall on the ice.

If I have more done I only want them to do the job.

EDIT: I was quoted $1.6K and paid $2K for one outlet ran to the breaker box for my dishwasher. Overkill.

Without my knowledge, the dishwasher was brought in from my garage, unboxed and hooked up electrically, which I appreciated but didn't ask for/expect. The electrical cord was not secured into the channel on the bottom side of the dishwasher so the dishwasher was sitting on top of the electrical cord.

When the job was done, the Sr. Electrician came into my office space, presented a QR code, and did not ask, but had me write a 5-star review before paying.

That night I realized there was no power in my dining room. So I had to call and set up a time for them to return the next day.

The more I ruminated on this experience the more I feel I was taken advantage of as a single female new homeowner. The expected 5-star review really put a bad taste in my mouth, especially from a man standing between me and the door. Makes the amount of high ratings on their Google page feel like a farse, which would track with my experience.

Writing this review is sketchy, considering they know where I live. But I wanted to share my experience in full transparency.

The apprentices were very kind and I think the intentions were good with installing the dishwasher which give this review its redeeming qualities. I won't use WIREONE again.
