We lost power to 38 units in our apartment community during a winter storm, and Shawn was the only electrician willing to come out to assess the situation and provide a solution.Although it was not an immediate repair due to the need to retrieve the required part, Shawn went above and beyond to assist us in exploring generator options and worked tirelessly to secure the part needed to complete the repair as quickly as possible. And so far, I haven't had any issues. It is professionally installed and I love having it in the location that he chose. They were also available immediately, and I greatly appreciated that. My only issues were that I wish they had taken a little more precaution when it came to the peripheral items i.e. the preparation (moving items that were in the way before working), the clean up once the job is done, replacing the ceiling tiles or offering to replace/repair the broken items.I'd recommend that customers contact SKK for electrical work, but I'd also caution others to be weary of the things mentioned on the cons.
