I would never recommend this company… They were overpriced for the service they performed. They installed a used electrical product in my home and kept me waiting 2 months for light fixtures that I was able to order and get in a day.
Gordon (our tech that was sent out)was able to come out to the house in a very timely manner. He was very professional and respectful as he had to go from one room out to the breaker box. RBE was referred to me by a friend and if you need a referral who you need, then this is it. I do not feel like I was taken advantage of and I was treated fairly. Thank you Gordon.
They were recommended by a neighbor - and I would recommend them to anyone. From Shelly who answered my call to Mike & Jeremy who came to my house, they were all great to work with on some random electrical issues I had. They showed up on time, fixed everything promptly & the cost was exactly what I expected. They even put up with the suspicious barky MiniFloof and the extremely friendly SuperFloof who thought he needed to provide his assistance. ??
Baxter always does a great job. I've used them for everything from installing lights, plugs, and even running a dedicated 220 outside. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs.
