Ethan was the absolute best to work with. Being an out of town landlord is easy if you have guys like ethan as your goto guys. Was misquoted outrageous price for fire alarm installation by other companies, only to have ethan come by and tell me, that I didn’t need to install new wiring or fire-alarms and would get by, just replacing the existing ones since the house has correct wiring.
Eduardo and Carlos were first class in their service and work they did upgrading our electric service from 100 to 200amps and setup our EV charger station. They spent the time to educate us on the requirements and regulations and treated our home with care leaving the space clean once done. Highly recommend and will be our first call for future needs!
Ethan did an outstanding job with my breaker box upgrade, it also had to be moved due to the cramped space where it was located. The work included exterior emergency disconnect, meter pan, PVC service pipe, and a new grounding system as per code, Ethan did amazing work and was very knowledgable and helpful so that I had an understanding through the entire process.
