My mom’s outlet caught fire and melted itself and the fridge plug. Excel was available the same day to come out and replace them! My mom said the electrician was very nice and professional. We’ll definitely use them again!
Called excel electric to install in a new circuit for a brand new induction cooktop. They actually came out the same day for an estimate appointment and the estimate came back lower than I expected so went forward to schedule the service appointment. Was surprised to get an appointment in just a couple days. John came out to run the new line under my house and up into the kitchen for the new cooktop. All work was done properly, promptly and left like no one was ever there. Took the old cooktop so I didn’t have to deal with that as well. Invoice came in exactly what the estimate was. Quick and painless scheduling, quality and affordable service. I would highly recommend you give them a call.
These folks were amazing. I called a few other electricians for an emergency electrical issue and everybody else was either unable to get anyone out for a week or more or were collect payment immediately. Excel got an electrician out the next morning and then sent a bill giving me plenty of time to pay it. In this day and age I expect very few people, like myself, have a spare cash reserve that can handle an emergency electric problem so being able to give it a week or two to get paid was truly a godsend. Thank you to everyone there.
My opinion is that these guys walk on water... Chris and Wyatt are superb. They originally hooked up a 240 line for my hot tub and did a beautiful job. A couple of years later they identified the problem I was having with the hot tub when the hot tub service man was not doing anything to help
It’s 9:45 PM. We get a call from our rental tenant that their electricity went out, so they called EWEB to come out to help. EWEB told them they needed an electrition to repair the meter base as it was extremely hot. We did a Google search for emergency night electrition, and found Excel Electric. We called and got in touch with Chris. Chris immediately stopped his family time, packed up his van with parts he’d need for our meter and went out to do repairs at 11:00 at night! He fixed a very dangerous situation in the meter box. A loose wire was never tightened down with the clamp screw, so it was arcing sparks! Needless to say, we’re very grateful that Chris was available to help us and our tenant. I highly recommend Excel Electric! Chris is now on our “A” list!
