I was very pleased with Smoot Electric Co from the first contact I had with them. They came out and listened to what our needs were and offered suggestions, which helped me make decisions. We received a very reasonable quote, agreed upon, and then they completed the work in a timely manner. They were polite, personable, professional, knowledgeable and they cleaned up. Very considerate. I will definitely use them again.
Tracy in the office was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment. She said the electricians should be at my house at 8:00 and they were here at the exact quoted time. My problem was quickly evaluated and corrected in a very timely manner. They will definitely be my go to source for any future electrical issues. I felt the price was also reasonable.
The wait time for an appt from two other electric companies was 10 days to 2 weeks. Smoot was the third company I called. They were at my home in less than 2 1/2 hours. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem, discussed it with me detailing the work to be done, the time it would take, the approximate cost and had it fixed within 40 minutes from arriving at my home. From the initial phone call to the service call Smoot was courteous, obliging, knowledgeable, and efficient. They will be my first call from now on.

Jeff made me feel comfortable and confident as he offered many ideas and plans to create the right atmosphere.Greg and Dave had arrived at our home at the appointed time. The plan was meticulously reviewed throughout each step. I certainly appreciated our interactions and was made to feel valued. More so, before each step of the plan was carried out, Greg had found me and sought my feedback through the entire process.Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work received and I would highly recommend Smoot electrical without any reservations.
