I called his company for my leaking washing machine. He was quick to respond that evening, looked at my machine and said he’ll give me a quote the following day. I had to message four days later asking if he had come up with the quote to repair my washing machine and all I was given was “they’re asking 1100” I replied with “ for what exactly” and he responded “tub”And that was the end of the conversation. I paid $150 service call just to be given vague answers and no follow up.
Moustafa was incredible! While renovating we ran into an issue, and we called them on a Sunday afternoon, he showed up a little bit later, and gave us an excellent quote. When he came by a couple days later, he was polite, his workmanship was excellent, and he was true to his quoted price. I happily recommend Crescent Electrical and would not hesitate to use them again!
