I hired Coharbor Electric based off of their flawless Google reviews and they did not disappoint! We were having a whole RO system installed and needed to update the electric. From scheduling the appointment, receiving estimates, and installation the entire process was seamless. Robert Servino was our technician, he went above and beyond. His punctuality, communication, and customer service skills are superb! Not only did he break down what needed to be completed in layman's terms, he also provided me three different estimates to accommodate our budget. Once we selected the estimate, he scheduled us the very next day for installation. This was a two man job. On the day of installation Robert and Jaylen arrived right on time. Jaylen also demonstrated the same impressive qualities in terms of communication and customer service. Jaylen was also extremely personable. I was impressed by how quickly he was able to navigate our small attic and complete the job. Coharbor Electric is extremely fortunate to have two exemplary employees! They are a wonderful representation of this company. If we have any further electrical needs, I will definitely be utilizing this company in the future. Our technician Robert Servino did an excellent job. He changed all of our fire detectors and explained everything to us. They were going off and he responded very quick and was extremely pleasant. I would recommend Coharbor to anyone.
I’ve had multiple electrical companies come out over the years to diagnose issues in my home, and every single one tried to upsell me on unnecessary upgrades or full replacements.Coharbor Electric was different. They sent out Robert Severino, and within an hour he had my problem diagnosed and fixed. He took the time to explain exactly why it happened and made sure I understood the solution.From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Matt did a good job installing our new bathroom fan/light. However I was disappointed that when he left the job was not complete and we will have to find some way ourselves to fix a gap in the ceiling. If what we purchased as a new fan wasn’t going to work out. I would have liked to have been informed and then made a decision to perhaps purchase something else or know we would need additional work to complete the job. Other than that, Matt was very nice and the fan works good, he was here in a timely manner.Update: They did come back and fix the problem. Alex, uninstalled the fan that was too small. Gave us the measurements. We were able to purchase another fan. Which they installed,, it looks and works beautifully. They did not charge us any additional money, which I appreciated. So yes, I do highly recommend them. They were very honest and helped fix the problem, very professionally and promptly. Thank you so much.
