I called the company for an estimate, a young man by the name of Orlando German came to assess the situation gave us a reasonable quote. He was very professional and accommodating to our issues and questions. He explained the problem and solution extensively and answered all our questions. I would definitely use Electrical Experts of Fl. again and definitely request Orlando German, if possible again.
It's amazing how this company has so many 5 star reviews. The employees must be great at their individual jobs. I work for a construction company and I have a different take on things with my very limited interaction with anyone.I have a new commercial construction job upcoming and I asked for a bid on 12/18/2025. Obviously, I didn't expect an estimate back the same day let alone within a week especially with Christmas around the corner. It is now 01/09/2026 and I get an email from someone I never spoke with telling me they don't have the manpower to do this job anymore.YOU WAITED 3 WEEKS TO TELL ME THAT. Not to mention that I have been calling EVERYDAY since the new year to get an update on where the bid is at or some sort of timeline. I realize it was the holidays and some people may be out of office but 3 weeks is more than fair for someone to put a bid together.Hell, I would've been fine if they told me they can't take on a large job right now80% of the time, no one answers the phone or gives me a call back. When I do speak to someone, it's very vague.AGAIN, I'm just looking for a bid! Not even a service call. If you can't take on the job, don't advertise that you can do new construction.It's unfortunate for this company as we have 4-5 more new construction projects planned for 2026 that they're going to lose out on now due to this.I hope whoever reads this from their company is aware of this large loss of business they could've had all over a communication issue.
Great so far!We were able to book a next day, first-thing-in-the-morning appointment for a major electrical issue (outdated, faulty outlets in several rooms).Dominic was prompt, professional, personable, and patient while we had to call our home protection plan provider before continuing with work. He was clean and extremely knowledgeable, explaining in detail the exact causes of our issues and potential fixes. He went above and beyond fixing what he could in the initial visit, working within our budget and provided detailed estimates for the larger issue.We have yet to schedule the larger repair, but we have no hesitation in continuing to work with Electrical Experts, and requesting Dominic in particular.
