What customers say
Bob's hard work and timely updates draw praise, including a homeowner who says he lets them know when he can arrive and how he recommends fixing a problem. A Tesla wall-charger outlet and sub-meter socket installation also earned praise, while a separate customer sharply criticized the quotes and management, saying the manager would not take calls or handle responsibilities directly.

Bob always takes care of our problems in a timely manor. Let's us know when he can get here and best way to fix our problem. Even answers questions when contacted. Thanks Bob and Hi-Tech.

Terrible management, awful quotes. The new project managers they have running things are a joke! If you want good affordable work i suggest u look elsewhere. Greg the manager is spineless. Won't take calls or handle things himself, pawns off his responsibilities on to everyone else. Sneaky business.
