I called Mr. Electric about a meter-base issue that Oncor identified and they sent an electrician out to my home the exact same day. The schedulers were so nice and efficient. Aaron Alford came out to access the issue I mentioned and he was able to offer me a very detailed overview of the work that needed to be done and showed me exactly where the cost was coming from. I had previously had other electricians out to access and quote the issue we were having and NONE of them provided me with the kind of care and reassurance that Aaron gave. He was so calm, knowledgeable and professional which I greatly appreciated. After his visit, it was an easy decision for us to choose him to perform the repair. On the day of the service, Aaron and Rhett arrived to my home and immediately began the work. Everything on their end was coordinated and executed seamlessly from start to finish. They communicated everything throughout the process and stayed until all our power was successfully turned back on and was running perfectly. I very much appreciated everyone who was involved in executing this service. I would 1,000 percent use them again!

Erik is amazing and I cannot recommend him enough. Having an electrician you can trust is invaluable. He is extremely professional and kind, and he clearly communicates ahead of time and throughout the project. Not only does he execute the scope flawlessly, but he also takes the time to identify and correct issues that were done incorrectly in the past. He genuinely cares about making sure the home is in the absolute best condition it can be electrically — safe, efficient, and done right the first time. 10/10!!!

I highly recommend Travis Carter with Mr. Electric! He was communicative, well-informed and efficient. He added a new circuit and replaced a defective breaker. I know nothing about any of that but he was patient and explained all the options to me. 5 stars!

Best service experience in Fort Worth so far!! Our family needed some indoor lighting installed. I googled electricians and found Mr. electric of Fort Worth. I read further and noticed that Mr. Travis was highly recommended. I scheduled the appointment and Mr. Travis and Dalton showed up on time. They worked super hard on lighting that was quite tricky, but their dispositions never reflected the difficulty of the job. I trust that the work was done with top-notch care and quality. Highly recommend!!
