Words cannot express how grateful we are for the service your employees provided during a difficult time. Recent ice storm created major electrical issues at our home. One phone call, Austin was in touch with us and headed to our home. As seniors we were dreading dealing with this, for us a major issue. Austin assessed the issue, quoted a fair price, quickly resolved ALL of the anxiety we were experiencing. Next day, Josh and Luke show up to work on the power pole on the roof, but showed up with shovels (newly purchased that morning) in order to work on breaking up ice so that two seniors could safely leave their home. Yes, there were tears shed. Beyond the scope of their work order. Kindness that was not expected, yet so badly needed. We will forever be grateful to those three, experienced, professional men. I am incredibly grateful to this company and the technician, Carlos, who came to assist us! Three years ago, we purchased a whole-home generator from Hiller as a precautionary measure against potential power outages. However, the ice storm of 2026 hit Nashville, and like many others, we lost power. Initially, we were hopeful that our generator would activate, but unfortunately, it failed after just six hours.On Sunday, I reached out to Hiller, and they informed me that the earliest someone could inspect our generator would be Friday or later. Feeling helpless and resigned to the fact that there was nothing we could do (as I had already attempted all possible repairs), we accepted our situation.After enduring three freezing days without power, I decided to call Mr. Electric, not expecting much. To my delight, they informed me that a technician could arrive within a couple of hours. Carlos promptly arrived, identified the problem, and restored power to our home.Finally, after three harrowing days, we are once again warm and cozy. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Carlos and Mr. Electric for their exceptional service and prompt attention to our issue. Had 14-50 receptacle replaced. Josh and Brandon were very professional and came quickly. Mr. Electric charged $332.50. But, any electrical service is very expensive these days. Josh and Brandon get 5 stars. Price seemed high from Mr. Electric, but I did need it done quickly!.
Mr. Electric did an amazing job helping us on our kitchen remodel. I’m so happy with the new can lights and pendants installed. I called around 5pm Wednesday and Michael was at by house by 8:30am Thursday. He had to move wiring, install new cans, and take down old fixtures. He worked very cleanly and surprisingly quiet for construction. Happy to have Mr. Electric back for our next project
Fantastic experience with Mr. Electric. We originally called them to get a quote for an EV outlet, however, when they came to do an inspection, they noted that our electric panel was an old, discontinued model that also had a lot of rust and deterioration. In order to update everything for safety and code, we decided to have them replace it all, along with adding surge protection and the original EV outlet we had called about. We even had them add an additional regular outlet to the side of our house since we only have one outdoor outlet in the back. Michael did an AMAZING job. We couldn't be happier with him and the rest of the team. Diligent, professional, caring, hard-working and honest. Everything you could hope for. We will absolutely be using Mr. Electric again for future electrical needs.
