I had an electrical issue at my house involving a large circuit and I needed a ceiling lamp installed after I failed to get it done...Ouch! I called Malone's and they gave me a two-hour window which was met. The electrician, "Corey" arrived and heard what I had to say and what the issue was. He immediately went to work and installed the ceiling light, and at the same time diagnosed an issue on that particular circuit. I have had problems over the years with this particular circuit as it connects numerous switches and outlets throughout my house. He described the recommended action that needed to be taken, provided me with the estimate which I accepted, and again "Corey" went to work immediately to get the job done. The price for the work was fair and reasonable. Corey did not try to up-sale me or go into hypotheticals, but rather was courteous, professional, and truly an excellent electrician. All the work was done in the time he said it would take; he then ran the appropriate tests on the entire circuit to include all the outlets and switches contained within the circuit. He then replaced the breaker in my breaker box, which again, I knew needed to be done. He flipped the new breaker and every switch and outlet checked out. I could not be happier with the work, Corey's professionalism and expertise were outstanding, and I would highly recommend Malone Electronical Solutions. If I need their services again, I will request that the electrician they send is Corey.
Excellent, timely service. The team assessed the problem, and answered all questions we had. Malone was able to provide service the same day, and Josh A. did a wonderful job. Great experience with a professional team. Would contact again for future electrical needs.
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDSTER!! STAY AWAY!!!I rarely find myself writing reviews, but I feel a heavy responsibility to share my story so that no one else has to feel the way I do right now.I reached out to this company for a simple fix: replacing a small 4-way wiring connector in my kitchen lamp. I was looking for help, but what I found instead was a series of interactions that left me feeling completely ripped off.The Initial Cost: Before any work began, I was asked for $195 just for an "inspection."The Lack of Care: That inspection consisted of little more than opening my fuse box, checking the voltage, and closing it again. The Unthinkable Quote: After the fee was paid, they asked for an additional $550 to replace a tiny plastic part worth pennies. The Refusal: When I asked if they could simply perform the repair since I had already paid nearly $200, they refused.I did not ask them for an inspection, I hired them to replace a small wiring connector, I paid $195, but received no service!!It hurts to work hard for your money only to see it taken in exchange for nothing. To be treated like a transaction rather than a person in need of a service is deeply discouraging. Please, protect your peace of mind and your hard-earned savings. There are still people out there who do their jobs with dignity and honesty—but this company is definitely not one of them. Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere.

Beware of Malone Electrical SolutionsWe hired Malone Electrical Solutions to move a 220v oven connection from the floor to the wall. Two days before the appointment, the technician came for a walkthrough. He said the job would be very simple and could be done in two days.On the day of service, he worked for about an hour before telling my wife that he could not turn the power back on because our breaker box “needed to be replaced” and that it would cost $7,500 to fix. He also told us that if we didn’t agree to the work, we’d be left without power. We pushed back, since we had already had two electricians evaluate the home and neither mentioned this issue. After going back and forth with management, they finally restored the power. However, he then told us our oven wouldn’t work because he switched the 3-prong plug to a 4-prong—leaving us unable to use the oven.On top of that, he left our house a mess, with ceiling tiles down and debris everywhere. When the job was “done,” he asked me to sign off. I said I needed to speak with a manager first. Instead of waiting, he left, closed the job, and forged my wife’s signature as a “no contact” signature. We never got a follow-up call.We have since had another licensed electrician come out, and they confirmed that our house is fine. Unfortunately, we learned that this is a common scare tactic some companies use to pressure homeowners into expensive, unnecessary work. Before writing this, I also found other reviews describing the exact same experience.?? Beware of this company.
