Absolutely incredible service! I had a random issue that I had no idea how to fix. I called Ellis electrical at 9ish on Thursday morning, and someone came and fixed the issue by the next day. They were polite, professional, and completely cleaned up the area they were in (to better than it was before they got there!)

I will definitely be a repeat customer, and I recommend to anyone for their residential electrical needs.

We could not be happier that it was Ellis Electric was who we were partnered with when upgrades were needed in our house. They had been at the house 6 years prior, remembered us, and came as often as needed while we decided how to proceed before the job started.

Cody is a friendly face, and maintained a professional and educational experience for everyone, including their apprentices. Travis joined Jacob for day one of the work needed at our house, and everyone was very easy going, especially when I needed to confirm things as I had not placed the original work order myself.

Cody and Jacob returned the next day to finish the job, and to say that our expectations were exceeded may be an understatement.

Not only did everything we originally discussed get completed, but Cody never made me feel bad for asking about the extras we thought of while they were working here. One of the most exciting things they helped with was our overhead light in our porch - we could always tell there should be power running to the fixture, but no bulb would work... Cody did not make me feel embarrassed when we realized there was a 2nd switch we hadn't noticed in over 6 years!

We gave them our ever-changing list, and our house should be fully updated (electricity wise) to our needs moving forward.

Should anything change in our needs in the future, Ellis Electric will be our preferred choice.

This was my first time using Ellis electric and I must say the experience was great. Travis Brindle was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He completed all of the work requested without making a huge mess and found a way to save me some money by using existing wire rather than replacing it with new wire. Completely satisfied, thank you. I will use Ellis Electric again if the need arises.

I had Mr. Ellis come to my home the day before I got my generator panel installed in my home where the main house electrical panel is, and had a look at where the electrician would be installing the panel for the generator and electrical outlet for the generator to plug into. Mr. Ellis was very professional and personable and easy to talk to. He listen to what I required and made it happen. The electrician that came to the house the next day arrived on time and was also very friendly and professional. When the job was done he waited till I got the generator out and he explained everything, in regards to the operation of the new panel and plugging in the generator to the house. I will also mention they installed the electrical for my new heat pump I had installed last year too.. Great Job and thank you to Ellis electrical for doing a first rate job. You guys are awesome.
