I needed some fuses replaced on my home circuit panel. I called Mister Volts and left a voicemail requesting an appointment. Michelle called me back the same day and set up an appointment for the same week. She communicated the day prior via text to confirm the appointment. Steve, the owner/tech, contacted me the day of and arrived on time. Steve not only completed the work efficiently but explained things to me in laymen’s terms. I also needed a transfer switch installed and we set up an appointment for that work as well. Steve showed up on time and completed the job promptly. He took the time to show me how to hook up my generator and do a practice run as if the power had gone out. This allowed me to fully understand what to do and how to do it should the power go out and the generator is needed. Mister Volts is the one to call if you want QUALITY service at a REASONABLE price. Steve earned my full trust and confidence and has my strongest recommendation if you need an electrician.
