They added a whole house surge protector and then something happened Tuesday night so I called them on Wednesday and told them and they sent someone out that afternoon. Both sets of men were very nice, kind and checked all outlets inside. We highly recommend this company. From the time you call to the manager calling me back to the men showing up. Very customer oriented. Give them a call .

Called PLE for an estimate for some electrical work around the house. Matt came to my house and was very thorough in his assessment. I felt very confident PLE could perform the work and decided to schedule the services. Connor and the team arrived promptly and completed the entirely of the work same day. I had can lights and a pendant light installed in the kitchen, two exterior outlets installed, old conduit and wire removed from an old HVAC system, several light fixtures re entered in the bathrooms, dead light switches addressed and remedied, and a bathroom exhaust fan installed. I was very impressed with their professionalism, expediency, and they were within budget. I will absolutely have them come back for any future projects. Thank you PLE!

I needed to have an electrical line run to our new gas fireplace and also wanted to add a few outlets added to our back deck. I called Preston Link and they had a team out within an hour. The fireplace installers had already done their part of the install, making it very difficult to reach the area where the electrical line needed to be connected. The Preston Link electricians were able to get it done with a smile. They were really great!

Our realtor friend recommended Preston Link Electric for some electrical needs. One task was to hang a new dining room light...something my neighbor said would be quite expensive with an electrician and that I should just hire a handyman for. PLE changed out 7 exterior spotlights, neutralized some unused receptacles, installed the dining room light and tested all wired smoke detectors in our newly acquired home. Heath, the assigned electrician, was skilled, friendly, efficient, smiling and capable. He seemed to enjoy his work and expressed verbally to us his pride in working for PLE. Prior to Heath's arrival, Will did the free estimate and walk thru. He, too, was professional and during the free estimate tested something we were concerned about and gave us (FREE) peace of mind that it was properly installed and didn't need to be on our task list. The team was prompt, courteous and the work was done within 10 days of the original estimate being done. My final bill seemed very reasonable. At his departure, Heath advised that he hoped we would call PLE only for any other work needed. We are new to the area and happy to have a local electrical company resource we trust and that now knows our SW Gainesville home.

Update: Needed some more work done, great service, great price. Different team came out and they continue to impress.

Called Preston-Link to have a circuit installed and was scheduled quickly. Heath and Quez came out to do the work and they knocked it out in no time. While they were doing the install I received a requirement from my A/C contractor, called Preston-Link and was able to get scheduled for the next day. Heath and Quez came out again and were absolutely fantastic; professional, courteous, focused on the work at hand. Preston-Link is now my absolute go-to for any future electrical work and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
