Best customer service that I’ve ever dealt with. Drew came to my house and spent an hour looking at my project and discussing it with me. We talked about several options and he was very patient.We scheduled an appointment and the crew came out and did the job quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the quality of their work.
Allied Electric has been my electricians since I moved here 9 years ago, and they have always done prompt, excellent work. They just recently installed an air conditioner unit in my garage, and also under-cabinet lighting in a dark area. They repaired a ceiling fan and the wall switches, they replaced my outside lights timer, they replaced outside electric covers, and they have done many small jobs over the years. I highly recommend them!!
I have been meaning to write for a long time about the exemplary professional service I received from Allied Electric Service. I had them install a Generac system that covered the total home and pool system. Throughout the process of home analysis, permitting, routine follow-up, Grant Sonnier was a professional who stood behind his word. My neighbor recommended him, and I can see why. This system has not failed us. I highly recommend them for your eletrical needs.
On one freezing morning in December, I woke up to no heat and our lights flickering in and out. The only lights in the house which worked were those plugged into certain outlets. I called Allied Electric, and the electricians were here by 7:30. They troubleshot our entire electrical system, and eventually determined that although the meter was receiving full power from the electric company, the meter was feeding inadequate power to the house. Our electrician, Dustin, told us the problem and gave me his personal phone number should the electric company argue against our claim. That is exactly what happened. The electric company claimed that its meter was fine and that something was wrong with the conduit into our home. Armed with the knowledge given us by the competent and caring electricians of Allied, my husband asked the electric company to test the amount of electricity the meter was feeding into our home. Sure enough, the meter was defective. I wholeheartedly recommend the wonderful electricians of Allied Electric. I guarantee you won't be sorry!
