Cassidy and his apprentice were great. I just needed a quick replacement of my builder-grade dining room light fixture with a new upgrade, and Odion responded to my query quickly, provided an accurate assessment and quote, scheduled their visit, and did a great job. They were fast, thorough, professional, and even took extra care not to disturb any existing paint, doorways, etc—not something that can be said for every contractor! Cassidy also provided some advice on future projects I’m considering, as well as recommended a whole-house surge protector. I will definitely be scheduling with them again for future electrical projects.

Cassidy was professional, efficient, and treated my home with the utmost care. He tackled a tricky job of fixing two loose recessed lights on a 20-foot ceiling which required setting up scaffolding, a process he handled with great caution. I had three ceiling fans and a set of lights installed recently—lights that I’d purchased from overseas and thought would work with my home setup. Unfortunately, they weren’t compatible with my electrical system. Instead of just telling me they wouldn’t work and walking away, he went above and beyond. He contacted the international supplier himself, tried everything possible to troubleshoot the issue, and when we still couldn’t get a solution, he helped me arrange the return so I wouldn’t be stuck with products I couldn’t use. The fans he installed look great, his customer service was exceptional, and his professionalism stood out the entire time. When I find new lights, I’ll absolutely be calling him again. Highly recommend—quality work, honest communication, and someone who truly cares about doing things right. ????
