Excellent service!! Called first thing in the morning as we had our car charger, go out on us. They came out right away, to Casa Grande, diagnosed and sent next team out to complete the job. What an incredible experience with both the Johnson Power and Air part of the business. We wanted to change out our old fans on our back patio and replace them with some LED can lights. I thought the job would be too small for them, but they were happy to come and provide the service for us. While they were there, I had them check an out let and light/fan switch in one of our rooms. After they explained the problem, I asked if they could just change out the switches in all the rooms.On the same day, the Air part of the company came to service our AC unit. We purchased a maintenance agreement from Johnson to help satisfy our Home Warranty requirements, but I would recommend this service even without that. The team was again very knowledgeable and did an incredible job! Great service at a great price and knowing that it was done right is priceless. Thank you JPA!
Wonderful experience with Johnson Power and Air! We purchased a new home and had some electrical concerns. Chris and his apprentice came out and listened to our concerns, and even sorted out some of the concerns right then and there. But we right away scheduled the rest of the work to be done and they took care of everything very well. Chris is very communicative and really made the entire experience comfortable. We also had HVAC concerns, so I reached back out to Chris and he set up a time for Spencer to come out and take a look. After hearing previous HVAC estimates that we were unsure of, we were very much at ease to hear Spencer's honest insight and recommendations. Chris and Spencer have been a great help in assisting with our move into the new home. We really appreciate their efforts, and moving forward, we will definitely reach out to them for assistance. The installation & quality of the equipment of my new air conditioner was done very well. They followed up on adjusting the proper airflow & it was quite helpful. My home is very cool now. I would recommend Johnson Power and AC to others looking to replace their air conditioning systems. Jacob, Spencer & Daniel were professional & worked long hours to complete the job. They always showed up on time & explained the status through the entire installation. I believe their pricing is very competitive. I have no issues with the system so far. Great job
Johnson Power and Air came out and replaced our AC system in our house. They came out the next day after our AC went out and swapped it out immediately. They answered all our questions and also explained why our AC wasn't working properly and what needed to be done to fix it. They also give detailed quotes and their billing is also easy to use as well. Their guys showed up on time and are extremely hard workers. They did an excellent job and our AC works amazing now. We have lived in our house for 2 years and it has never gotten this cold. Our AC bill also dropped tremendously! We were using about $15 dollars a day in electricity and it has dropped to $8 dollars a day. If you are looking for a honest company, Johnson Power and Air is the way to go!
