Best EV charger installation experience! Art and his team made the whole process smooth and easy. We had a preliminary inspection and scheduled installation for a later date. They showed up at 8am sharp and were done early. Very happy with our Zenith Electric experience!
Absolutely perfect. Tedi and Gor were speedy, knowledgeable and creative in resolving our issue. Office's help in setting up the appointment was really efficient and friendly. I purchased a chandelier from my local lamps plus and was told their installer is Zenith Electric. I had my chandelier installed 01/24/23 by Loris for $1000. Unfortunately, the chandelier was installed incorrectly and uneven. I pointed this out and was told there was nothing they could do, as they didn't want to be late for their next appointment. I was rushed by tech to sign, being told that my signature was acknowledging "nothing was damaged" but in truth signed for satisfaction of installation. Now they are charging me $500 dollars to come back out to “repair” their mistake.Update(response): Multiple request were not made, only the one comment of the chandelier looking un-even. After receiving the quote and poor assistance from Zenith I contracted different installation company that corrected the mistake for $50--ten times less then Zenith. I created the review to share my experience. A large price tag does not guarantee decent customer service or that the job will be done correctly.
Poor value. I had problems with my casablanca fan/wall unit that had been professionally installed 3 years ago. The fan nor the integrated light didn't come on. Setup an appointment for someone to come out and troubleshoot the problem. The guys came out on time and looked at the unit. Took them around 10 minutes. They advised me that either the wall unit or the receiver in the fan are suspect. They charged me $160 for the troubleshooting and told me to purchase both and then call them back for install. Was hoping that Zenith would help me to get the replacement wall unit and receiver, but guess that this is not part of their service.Anyway, started to look into this today, trying to find the replacement wall unit. Found it on the internet and also downloaded the instructions just in case we need them. Looked through the instructions and it showed that there is a battery in the back of the wall unit. So I decided to first check if the battery may be dead before buying new wall unit and receiver (for approximately another $100). Replaced the battery what fixed the problem.So all in all, the troubleshooting performed was very poor and would have cost me additional time and money. I would have expected that when consulting experts that they would maybe know that certain wall unit do have a battery in them.Now, provided this feedback to their management that at first glance didn't seem to care too much. But, received a callback later that day and was informed that after review they decided to refund the $160 and to close the loop with their technicians as part of the continues learning process.All in all, could have gone better, but glad to see that Zenith does care about their customers.
We are really happy with Zenith Electric. We have a very high ceiling in a tight space where we needed our chandelier. It was a difficult installation that other electricians were unable to do when they assessed the space. Loris and Ara we're very professional, timely, and did a wonderful job putting in our light. We would definitely recommend this company to friends.
