Jake and Diego did an exceptional job at my house. Jake’s’ experience was very impressive as he pin pointed three different electrical issues within minutes. He also found a way to fix some wiring without cutting out part of my wall to fix a poor wiring job performed by a less experienced electrician. Highly recommend Jake and his team to anyone!
Jake & Diego did an excellent job researching our electrical problem on our patio with ceiling fans and lights not working. They replaced the GFI and circuit boxes that where compromised due to age and weather. I highly recomment MK ELECTRIC for their knowlege and professionialism.
Jake, with his apprentice Diego, were awesome today. They troubleshot a ceiling fan issue, fixed a backward wired kitchen outlet, tightened loose wires under the kitchen sink and retighten every connection in the main electrical panel. I would highly recommend them for anything here in Sun City homes as Jake is very knowledgeable! Call them!
The work itself seems fine, but the experience was disappointing. The technician’s comments during the job came across as disrespectful rather than constructive, which left a negative impression. Professionalism matters just as much as the finished product, and in this case it was lacking.
You can tell right away how experienced the technicians are. Jake and Diego were quick to figure out the issue with the switches and outlets and had us back up in no time. They also explained how to avoid any future issues. I definitely recommend if you want quick, reliable, and honest!
