Our technician Jack was prompt, professional and had excellent communication.When Jack arrived he rang the doorbell to let us know he was on the property before beginning any work, which we really appreciated.Once the service was complete, Jack called to let us know everything was finished and gave us an update on the overall status of the generator. We purchased a Generac stand-by generator for our home. All of the Control Electric employees were great. They were all courteous and knowledgeable. The sales rep and installers were great at problem solving and came up with creative solutions for where to place the generator and how to connect it. Even though we feel we paid a lot of money, the price we paid was cheaper than several other estimates from other companies.
Carson and Thomas couldn’t have been nicer. Both very personable, good handshake look in the eyes and they work their tails off in the worst weather we’ve had in a couple of months. Thunderstorms, heavy rain and they did it quickly and efficiently. Glad I chose control electric for my generator. It gives me a Feeling of peace of mind. Contacted Control Electric after discovering an atypical switch in my house had failed. Dan Milanowski evaluated the switch failure. Carson Brown fixed the switch failure. Scheduling was easy.
