I'll start by saying that I only leave Google reviews when I'm either extremely pleased or extremely disappointed with a company. In this case, I am absolutely delighted. ??

We recently hired Wagner to connect our newly delivered hot tub, and the entire experience was exceptional. Emrick came out to provide an estimate and, unlike other companies, didn't dwell on the potential challenges of the project, even though it involved some digging. Instead, he had an extremely optimistic and positive attitude, walking me through each step and educating me on the process. His estimate seemed very fair, and he was able to fit us into the schedule promptly.

On the day of service, Emrick arrived on time, and despite the extensive digging that other companies had been wary of, he completed the job efficiently. By the end of the day, we were enjoying our hot tub. This has been the best experience I've had with a home services company in a long time. We would recommend Wagner to everyone and anyone.
